Refund and returns policy
We Blue Night Strip Club Barcelona can refund in the following cases:
- We can refund the full amount of the payment if you request the return in the next 7 business days after the purchase.
- After 7 business days, we can refund your payment less the 10% payment gateway fee.
- Tickets and packages are valid for 1 year from the day of purchase.
- If you can’t use your ticket or package for the initial date you wanted, you have time throughout that year to use when you want to change the day of your reservation.
- Tickets and packages are valid for 1 year from the day of purchase, so we can give refunds only during that 1 year.
There are no returns in the following cases:
- No refunds will be made if you have already used the ticket and registered at the venue.
- There are no refunds after 1 year from the date of purchase, even if you did not use your ticket or package.
- If you have a problem with your package, since we provide you with less services than what you paid for and have in your presented voucher, call us immediately to get a solution to your problem at the same time you are in the club.
- We cannot refund money if you did not receive some of the services and did not realize it at the time you are in the club. Customer Service Telephone: +34 698 832 747 24 (this telephone number is available during the club’s opening hours)
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you have requested a refund inquiry from us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
